Charred 8oz rib eye steak, with creamy peppercorn sauce, veg & potatoes

Pan roasted sea bass fillet served over warm potatoes & greens with tomato, olive and basil salsa

Tortelloni di Spinaci e Ricotta (v)
Pasta filled with spinach and ricotta, tomato and basil sauce, finished under the grill with parmesan cheese
